CareLink Activities offers safe, inclusive seated exercise sessions designed for seniors and people with reduced mobility. These sessions are gentle, accessible, and can be delivered in care homes, community centres, or day services.
- Seated Dumbbell Routine — Short strength-focused exercises using 0.5–1kg dumbbells.
- Seated Marching & Leg Lifts — Gentle knee lifts and marching-in-place while seated to improve circulation, coordination, and lower-limb strength.
